[Ubuntu-phone] device/asus/grouper: add kernel boot arg

 

Grouper needs kernel boot arg: console=tty1, to boot flipped using
ubuntu-disk.img.
Adding this parameter to legacy (android) doesn't seem to cause any
misbehaviour (still boots).
